What we check

A check passes when the endpoint answers with its expected status inside 10 seconds. Degraded means it answered but took more than 3 seconds. Checks run from the same data centre as the services, so they measure the service, not the internet in between; a wider outage of the host itself shows up as this page going stale (the last checked time stops advancing) — we treat more than five minutes of staleness as an incident.

Security incidents are also emailed to account administrators within 72 hours of confirmation, as described in the DPA. Questions: support@flexonthejob.com.
